We had such a wonderful experience at the Covina Hills location! Vanessa went above and beyond to help me make sure my son got the correct frames, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Finding the right fit for a child isn’t always simple, but she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared. We actually found this office through my son’s school, and I’m so grateful we did. They’ve made the transition into getting him the support he needs incredibly smooth. Dr. Horibe and Vanessa are hands-down our favorite people at this location — kind, professional, and amazing with kids. You definitely have a repeat customer in us, even after my son finishes his treatment here. Today was my first visit and Dr. Nguyen and Danielle were both very helpful. I got lots of assistance with my dry eyes. I am really glad that I got shown the correct eye drops to use.​​​​​​​

Danielle at the front desk is so welcoming. As soon as you walk through the door she is quick to greet you and ensure that you’ve been helped. Dr. Olave Yee has taken care of mine and my daughters eyes for the last three or so years. We love the treatment we receive and that attention to detail that this office prioritize. I have been coming to Covina Hills Optometric group for years. Today was my first time seeing Dr. Nguyen. She was warm, friendly, and very personable. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful.​​​​​​​
